Even with the zombie outbreak, man-made monsters, and giant men wandering around Raccoon City, its nice to see at least a few police officers still serving the public. And it seems like these to "unsuspecting" women wanted to thank this particular officer brethren (rumored to be banging Jill when Chis is out of town), for his hand in rescuing them....personally.
