She was on her way to meet up with the rest of the group in the next town after doing a side quest. While on her way, she recognized a passing traveler brethren from the now famous Charming Rose. Since it would be a while for her to get to the crew, and now suddenly feeling "anxious." Ciri offered a paid stopover for both of them at a nearby local inn to rest of the night...though I doubt they will be getting much sleep.
