Scope of this statement
Rule34-Videos.com hosts user-submitted animations. Its catalog is dedicated to fictional animated depictions, without photographs, recordings or digitally altered images of actual human beings.
Record-keeping applicability
The record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A concern depictions of actual human beings. Wholly fictional animation that does not depict actual human beings falls outside that scope.
This statement is limited to that type of animation. It does not claim that identity or age documents for real performers have been collected, and it does not extend to material involving actual human beings.
